You have a number of options available to you here
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Instruct a new solicitor to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
How do I find a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 25 miles to meet the lawyer.
