What if is not listed on a specific bank’s Solicitor Panel? Can I still continue with my firm even though they may not be on the lenders list of approved lawyers?
The options here are as follows
  1. Carry on with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Get a new property lawyer to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the bank conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the bank lender panel
