The options here are as follows
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Retain a new firm to act in the purchase, obviously ensuring they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
Are there any apps to help find a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 20 miles to meet the lawyer.
