  2. Instruct a new firm to act in the purchase, obviously ensuring they are on the bank conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
How do I search for a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 20 miles to meet the solicitor.
