The options here are as follows
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but the lender will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Retain a new property lawyer to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the bank lender panel
Are there any apps to help search for a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 20 kilometers to meet the solicitor.
