  2. Retain a new property lawyer to act in the purchase, obviously ensuring they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the bank lender panel
How do I find a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 25 miles to meet the conveyancer.
