You have a number of options available to you here
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Retain a new firm to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the bank lender panel
