You have a number of options available to you here
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Retain a new firm to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the bank conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
What tools are available to find a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 10 miles to meet the solicitor.
