What if is not listed on a specific bank’s Solicitor Panel? Is it possible for me to continue with my firm notwithstanding that they may excluded from the banks approved list?
You have a number of options available to you here
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Get a new solicitor to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
Are there any apps to help find a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 10 kilometers to meet the conveyancer.
