  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but the lender will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Retain a new solicitor to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
