  1. Carry on with your law firm but the lender will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Instruct a new solicitor to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the bank conveyancing panel.
  3. Convince to do everything within their powers to join the lender conveyancing panel
