The options here are as follows
  1. Complete the purchase with your law firm but the lender will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Retain a new solicitor to act in the purchase, obviously ensuring they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
How do I search for a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 10 miles to meet the lawyer.
