  1. Carry on with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Instruct a new property lawyer to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the bank conveyancing panel.
  3. Convince to do everything within their powers to join the bank conveyancing panel
