  2. Retain a new property lawyer to act in the purchase, obviously checking they are on the bank conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the bank lender panel
What tools are available to find a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 25 miles to meet the solicitor.
