In particular the most common searches are currently, Santander conveyancing panel, Halifax approved list of conveyancers, Nationwide conveyancing panel, HSBC panel solicitors. Other lender panel searches include: Nat West, Yorkshire Building Society, Coventry Building Society. Members of the public are likely to want to use your firm where they have a selected lender integral to a conveyancing transaction such as remortgage or lease extension.

Although we are in contact with a number of firms on a daily basis about their panel membership and we attempt to keep our information updated, some information on this site could be out of date for Pigotts. The options here are as follows
  1. Carry on with your law firm but your bank will need to instruct a lawyer on their conveyancing panel.
  2. Get a new firm to act in the purchase, obviously ensuring they are on the lender conveyancing panel.
  3. Ask to apply to join the lender lender panel
Are there any apps to help search for a local solicitor on a specific conveyancing panel? I have a car and am prepared to travel up to 10 kilometers to meet the solicitor.
