What we collect
Usage analytics. To understand how the site is used we record anonymous, aggregate events such as searches (postcode outward code and lender only — never a full postcode), pages visited and which links are clicked. These are cookieless: we do not set tracking cookies and we do not build a profile of you. We never store your raw IP address — it is converted to a salted daily hash purely to estimate unique visitors, and that hash is never linked to your name or contact details.
Quote requests. If you request a quote we collect the contact information you provide (name, email, phone, property postcode) so the firm you choose can respond.
Why we collect it
To match you with regulated conveyancing firms, to deliver the service you have requested, to improve the site, and to communicate with you if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
When you request a quote, your contact details are passed to the firm or firms you have selected. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for session management and security. Data retention
Anonymous analytics events are kept only for a short window and then automatically deleted. Quote-request details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, after which they are removed.
