This page sets out the terms on which you may use LenderPanel.com. By using this website you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

1. About LenderPanel

LenderPanel.com is a UK directory of conveyancing solicitors approved on specific mortgage lender panels. Listings are provided for information only and do not constitute legal advice or an endorsement of any particular firm.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data in bulk without our written permission.

3. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep firm panel memberships up to date but cannot guarantee accuracy at all times. Always confirm panel approval directly with your lender and the firm before instructing.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LenderPanel.com Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with any firm listed here.

5. Partner programme — non-compete clause

This clause applies to every firm holding an active LenderPanel partner listing (the "Partner"). It exists to protect the search authority that LenderPanel.com has built up around the phrase "conveyancing panel" and related terms.

5.1 Restricted activity

A Partner shall not build, host, optimise, or commission webpages on the Partner's own websites (or any third-party site under the Partner's control or instruction) that are targeted at the same search terms as LenderPanel.com's lender-panel landing pages, including but not limited to the pattern "[lender name] conveyancing panel" and substantially similar phrases.

5.2 Discretionary enforcement

LenderPanel.com Ltd reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently delete the account of any Partner found to be competing with LenderPanel.com via targeted search activity covered by clause 5.1. No notice period is owed and no refund of any current subscription period is due.

5.3 Supplemental waiver fee

In lieu of suspension or deletion, LenderPanel.com Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer the Partner a waiver permitting them to continue the restricted activity in exchange for a supplemental fee of £95 per calendar month, payable in addition to the Partner's standard subscription. The waiver is granted per Partner and does not transfer between firms.

5.4 Mandatory backlink rule

Even when the supplemental waiver fee under clause 5.3 is paid, and as a separate condition of holding premium, nationwide, or quote-enabled partner status, the Partner must display the official LenderPanel partner badge on every page of their firm website, linking to https://www.lenderpanel.comas a do-follow backlink. The current badge assets and embed code are published at /partners/badges.

5.5 Immediate suspension on backlink removal

If LenderPanel.com Ltd audits the Partner's website and finds that any required backlink under clause 5.4 has been removed, hidden, modified (including but not limited to switching the link's rel attribute to nofollow,sponsored, or ugc), or is absent from any subpage of the Partner's site, LenderPanel.com Ltd reserves the right to suspend the Partner's account with immediate effect and without notice until all required backlinks are restored to full compliance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
